NEET Prep ("the Service") is operated by Mock Test Company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms on your behalf.
All mock tests, questions, explanations, diagrams, and performance analyses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our prompts to model NEET, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and SSC CGL patterns and previous-year papers, the content is not sourced from any official examination body and may contain errors, inaccuracies, ambiguities, or outdated information.
The Service is provided as a practice tool only and is not a substitute for official study material, NCERT textbooks, coaching, or professional academic guidance. We do not guarantee any specific score, rank, selection, or admission outcome.
NEET Prep is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Testing Agency (NTA), CBSE, JAB, IIT, SSC, or any other government or examination authority. All trademarks and exam names belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.
The Service is currently offered free of charge. We do not collect payments and there are no paid features, credits, or subscriptions. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; if we do, updated terms will be posted before any charges apply.
You agree not to: (a) share, resell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to access the underlying AI models, prompts, or infrastructure; (c) use the Service to cheat in any actual examination; (d) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service; (e) abuse the Service in ways that impose disproportionate load or cost on our infrastructure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, and without refund.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and curated prompts, is owned by NEET Prep. AI-generated questions are provided for your personal, non-commercial practice only. You may not redistribute them in any form.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be correct or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEET Prep, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, examination marks, rank, admission, or career opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or INR 500, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEET Prep and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We collect account information (name, email) and usage data (test attempts, scores) to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Notice for details.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, and you waive any objection to such venue.
